Within the structure of the National Center for Radiation Medicine, there is a clinic that was built in 1986 in response to the accident at the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant.

Today, the clinic continues to operate and annually treats more than 6,000 patients. In its rehabilitation, hematology, cardiology, and palliative care departments, patients recover after severe injuries, strokes, and oncological diseases. More than 150 servicemen and veterans also undergo treatment and rehabilitation here.

Thanks to the financial support of PrivatBank, modern sanitary facilities will be installed in three departments of the clinical building. The new restrooms will be accessible and convenient for patients with limited mobility, for medical staff, and for family members who care for such patients.
