We discussed with administration and staff of Institute the implementation of two strategic projects funded by Mécénat Servier:
Establishment of the Department of Oncological Neurosurgery — a modern specialized unit where patients with brain tumors and other neurosurgical pathologies will receive highly specialized care. This initiative will improve access to treatment, enhance its quality, and introduce cutting-edge technologies in neuro-oncology.
Creation of Ukraine’s first robotic pharmacy — an innovative system for the automated storage, selection, and distribution of medicines for oncology patients. The robotic pharmacy will optimize staff workflow, reduce patient waiting times, and ensure transparent control over the use of medications.
These projects are an investment in the future of Ukrainian healthcare, in the quality of treatment, and in patient safety.
The delegation inspected the construction sites, where significant progress has already been made: dismantling of old structures, erection of new walls, installation of modern window systems, and preparations for engineering networks and interior finishing works.
We were honored to welcome representatives of Mécénat Servier, who believe in Ukraine and therefore invest in vital infrastructure and innovative projects: Philippe Mallet, Barbara Friche, Benjamin Abdili.
