As part of the charitable project “Mykolaiv Region: Reliable Rear,” which we are implementing together with the International Charity Foundation “Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace,” Krona delivered a second SS 501 SX electrosurgical apparatus to the Voznesensk City Multidisciplinary Clinical Hospital.
The city of Voznesensk is located just a few kilometers from the frontline and Mykolaiv. The city and region are subjected to brutal shelling by Russian forces. The city hospital and its brave workers are today a reliable rear guard. They receive patients every day, including those with severe injuries.
The electrosurgical coagulator received by the surgeons allows for operations with minimal bleeding and reduces the time of surgery and the duration of the patient’s anesthesia.
In total, within the project “Mykolaiv Region: Reliable Rear,” 1,284,103 UAH were raised on the dobro.ua platform. Of this amount, 1,156,092 UAH were provided for this project by the Ukraine Relief Fund and the Victor Pinchuk Foundation. We purchased medical equipment for the Voznesensk community that saves lives: defibrillators, and two electrosurgical coagulators.
